Church Cottage

Personally, I would not wish to use any other builder because they have been reliable, honest, hardworking & trustworthy & lovely to have about!

I have recommended S&P to my friends & family for both small & large jobs & they feel the same way as I do.

I am completely and utterly ‘blown away’ with my kitchen at Church Cottage, Slawston. There were virtually no plans to work from, but they created a beautiful kitchen. They listened to me & what I wanted, equally, Graham offered up some great ideas too. Rather than commissioning a landscape gardener once all the building works were completed, guess what; Graham did it! There are no boundaries to their skills!

Word that come to mind include ‘reliability, professional, prompt, listen to what I wanted, went out of their way to source materials, extremely trustworthy, always brought in good honest tradesmen including plasterers, sparkie & plumbers, I was never let down or disappointed – they always provided an excellent service, after care – once the project was finished they were still on hand to do any snagging or alterations (often due to me changing my mind – they were kind & patient), I recommend Graham with complete confidence, I would never consider using any other builder, they were fun, light-hearted but still remaining skilful & professional, even came out at a silly hour in the morning to change the locks when I had to kick my husband out. And finally They love cake!
